What is this all about?
- Television Preview® is a research company that
tests TV material for broadcast. We are currently testing two half-hour
program segments with commercials. We'll ask you a series of questions
on all the TV material to collect audience opinion. All materials are
pre-recorded.

Are you selling anything?
- No. We're simply inviting guests to view the
material and give their honest opinions.

What should I wear?
- Please dress as comfortably as you'd like.
Jeans and shorts are acceptable.

Will you be serving refreshments?
- No. Unfortunately, we have found serving refreshments
detracts from the programming and is disruptive to other guests. The
times have been scheduled after normal dinner hours to allow people time
to eat before they arrive.

How long does this last?
- The entire event lasts approximately 2 hours.

Can I have extra tickets?
It is
possible on occasion to accommodate additional guests. Please call our customer service line
(1-800-234-7392) if you would like to request additional tickets for a
specific night.

How did you get my name/address?
- A random process is used to select all names
from a national mailing list. Only Television Preview uses this list and
we never give or sell the list to any other organization. To stress this
point, the personal information we gather is used for tonight's prize
drawings, internal Television Preview research, and audit purposes only.

I received tickets but cannot attend on the
specified night, can I get tickets for another night?
- Yes, please mail your tickets to the
Television Preview® Customer Relations address at the bottom of this
page and we will re-invite you to another session at the location you
were previously invited to. You
can also use the customer service e-mail address to request tickets for
another night. Please be sure to
include the hotel and date that you were previously invited for.
